Individual Development

The Individual Development workbook empowers youth to identify their talents and skills and learn to apply them in the workforce. It helps youth build essential skills for environments that require further skills development by offering training in self-reflection, interpersonal communication, and technology adoption. Youth can also work to advance their personal finance goals – fostering genuine financial empowerment.

The Youthful Savings Individual Development program offers youth 1:1 mentoring from the Youthful Savings Foundation Board of Directors and Advisors.
