Dispute and Conflict Resolution is probably one of the most beneficial learning experiences I’ve ever been part of. It allows one to see things in a brand new perspective by giving one the ability to listen to others and gain knowledge by doing so. More than that, it encourages talking and active listening rather than the typical negative confrontation often seen in society. I highly recommend downloading Dispute and Conflict Resolution as it provides information that will benefit one on a day to day basis.
