Power of Self-Reflection

In this LIve Experience, youth will explore the topics of self-reflection and the cognitive dissonance that can exist between one’s viewpoint of themselves and how others perceive them. By understanding themselves better and how they are perceived, youth can learn how to live a more authentic life where their intentions are well-received. This exercise utilizes the practice of self-reflection to guide the youth on how to better their social media presence and live a visionary life.
Youth will experience a live learning of the Power of Self-Reflection.
The class will be taught via Google Classroom. Please RSVP below, and a link to the classroom will be provided 24 hours before the class date. All youth must have an active subscription*.
