DESCRIPTION:In this Live Experience\, youth will learn how best to manage their mental health in a technology driven world. An emphasis on managing their social media use will be discussed along with reflection exercises on how best to prevent cyberbullying. \nYouth will experience a live learning of Technology and Mental Health. \nClass will be taught via Google Classroom. Please RSVP below and a link to the classroom will be provided 24 hours before class date.
